Wednesdays / 7:00–9:30pm / Manhattan Beach
Starting Sept 9: Our weekly fellowship meets at the Shues' in Manhattan Beach. This Fall/Spring '27, we will step through the book of Romans using the study Romans for You by Timothy Keller. We will go through a discussion together and find ways for application in our lives. In addition, we share the happenings of our lives and pray for one another. The group is a mixture of singles, married couples, and a few families (but we ask that kids stay at home). We try to have at least one social and/or philanthropic evening each month, in addition to any extra gatherings that happen spontaneously. Weekly snacks are provided as well! Torrance Families Group / Monthly Gatherings / Rotating Locations
Starting in September: Our Torrance community group is mostly composed of families with young children. The women and men meet separately once a month to discuss biblical topics, and then all the families gather socially once a month. We rotate hosting and discussion leadership among different members of the group. For more information, please contact Travis Chiang or Beka Hilton.
Fridays / As Scheduled / Hermosa Beach
Ongoing: Each series focuses on a particular book in the Bible, lasting approximately four sessions per series. We meet on alternating Fridays during a series and then take a few weeks off before starting the next study. At each session, we come prepared to share an observation, a question, the meaning of the passage, and an application, which has led to many fruitful discussions. A women's group from this study may also meet during the off weeks. We hope you can join us!
WOMEN | Various Evenings / South Bay
This fall we are continuing our Bible Study groups for the women of KCC. There are three different groups all doing the same Sermon on the Mount study by Jen Wilkin. These groups will meet five times this semester, every other week from mid-September through early November. We will be finishing the second half of the study, covering Lessons 6–9 and concluding with a closing dinner. We have one Monday evening group, one Friday evening group, and one Sunday evening group. Reach out to Susan Ahn with any questions. We hope you will join us as we get into God's Word together!

Starting October 4: What is the good life? Join us this fall as we examine how Jesus answers this enduring philosophical question. Our book will be Jonathan Pennington's Jesus the Great Philosopher, which argues that while Jesus is more than a philosopher, he is not less than a philosopher, because he teaches true wisdom about what is good, true, and beautiful, how to live well, and how to pursue happiness, passions, and relationships with wisdom.
