Global Outreach at King’s Cross Church

Our Purpose

The aim of KCC’s Global Outreach Team is to help our local body of believers support and meaningfully engage with God’s global church, through strategic, prayerful, long-term partnerships.

Our Priorities

  • Church Planting

We support partners who are intentionally working to cultivate communities of people who know and worship the one true God. 

  • Global Ministry

We support partners who are committed to leaving home and crossing cultural barriers, so that God’s name can be proclaimed in places where he is still unknown.

  • Unreached Peoples

Recognizing that less than 6% of American Christians’ financial giving goes to global ministries, with only 0.1% reaching those who have no access to a Bible and no connection to a believing Christian (source), we support partners who are called to share the good news of God’s love with those who have the least chance of hearing it. 

  • Long-Term Relationships

While short-term trips can be meaningful, especially to the “goer,” we support partners who have been called and are committed to building relationships faithfully, over time. (For more details, please see FAQs: Global Outreach & Short-Term Missions.)  

Our Partners

We currently support long-term global partners in Southeast Asia, Western Europe (England and France), the Middle East, and North Africa.

While each of our partners see their primary call as building up God’s Church, in the specific places to which they are called, they also serve through a variety of meaningful “creative access” ministries, including: 

  • Literacy development and Bible translation
  • Trauma-informed mental healthcare for refugee communities
  • Occupational and Speech Therapy for children with disabilities
  • English teaching
  • Care for women impacted by human trafficking
  • Drug addiction rehabilitation
