Church-wide Beach Outing (5/4): We will be gathering at Redondo Beach on Sunday May 4th after worship for a time of fun and fellowship. Drop by between 12pm – 3pm at the Knob Hill section near the volleyball courts. We’ll provide snacks and goodies; you bring your lunch and drink. It’ll be a great time of relaxation, lounging, and just enjoying each other’s company. Bring your beach chairs and towels to enjoy the outing. Everyone is welcome. How We Got the Scriptures (5/4): Who put together the Bible? Who decided what was in or out? On what basis? How do we know we can trust it? Many of the skeptical criticisms heard in academic circles 20 years ago have now been popularized – yet all too often without the corresponding answers. Join us May 4th at 8:30am for the final class that could be subtitled: “things I learned in college and seminary that I wish I’d learned in Sunday School.” Childcare is available, no registration necessary.
